Hilt and Helm Meets Phase 0 Fundraising Goals

Hilt and Helm Fencing Club's Phase 0 fundraising goals were reached with the acquisition of a steel feder, 8 foam swords, 6 synthetic long swords, 6 synthetic sabers, and a dry place to practice.
